Coastline Equity is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall condition of our commercial properties.
Independent role for someone who can diagnose issues, complete jobs fully, and maintain high property standards without constant supervision. You’ll also participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be trusted to handle urgent issues when they arise.
Summary & Objectives
We’re looking for someone with experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally in a commercial setting, who can troubleshoot issues and solve problems without needing constant direction. The right person is reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently across multiple properties. They take ownership of their work, consistently finish what they start, and don’t cut corners.
They stay calm under pressure, handle emergency situations effectively, and understand when to resolve an issue themselves versus when to escalate to a licensed vendor. A valid driver’s license and reliable truck or work van as personal transportation are required for traveling between properties. The ideal candidate also maintains their own personal hand tools.
