Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with mobility and transfers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or related healthcare field is an asset.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and household tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
