Service Porter

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Service Porter to join our service department. As a Service Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service area runs smoothly by assisting with the movement of vehicles, organizing the lot, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Assist in the movement and parking of vehicles within the service department
• Keep the service area and lot organized, clean, and orderly
• Assist service technicians with retrieving and delivering vehicles
• Provide support to the service team during busy periods
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate areas
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform various tasks, including walking and standing for long periods
