Coventry is hiring a Manager of Strategy & Innovation to be the Chief Strategy & Ventures Officer's right hand on the highest-leverage strategic, financial, and transformation work across the company. You will move fluidly between strategic innovation projects, rigorous financial modeling, M&A support, and transformation program management.
You will own the analyses and the delivery plans that drive some of the most important decisions at Coventry, partnering closely with the c-suite leaders across the business, especially the CFO’s and COO’s offices. The role is built for someone with a top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) background who wants the autonomy and impact of an operating role.
