Crystalia Glass is seeking an experienced, high-energy, and strategic Head of Sales to spearhead sustainable revenue growth and expand our market presence in the U.S.
We are looking for a growth-oriented builder rather than a maintainer—a commercial leader with a proven track record of driving business expansion, developing new market segments, scaling operations, implementing strict CRM discipline, and winning complex, high-ticket sales cycles.
The ideal candidate comes from physical, custom, or manufactured product industries with long sales cycles and deep familiarity with the U.S. construction ecosystem, including commercial construction, Union environments, and public-sector bidding.
Responsibilities:
- Business Scaling & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on building and expanding the business, capturing new market opportunities.
- Core Market Focus: Drive high-ticket revenue growth with a primary focus on B2B clients, and dealer networks, commercial BID projects and Union projects (Secondary focus: B2C and B2G).
