Registered Nurse

We’re excited to welcome a friendly and experienced Charge Nurse RN to the Cura Health family! In this pivotal role, you'll lead and support our nursing team to deliver outstanding patient care in a positive and collaborative environment. As Charge Nurse, you'll be the go-to leader on your shift, helping to coordinate clinical activities, support staff, and ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support nursing staff during shifts, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality nursing practice standards are maintained.
• Assist with staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and mentoring team members.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and make critical decisions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Document and report clinical information accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven nursing experience, preferably with leadership or charge nurse responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
