Your Role Includes:
Providing hands-on nursing care like checking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care.
Helping patients with daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Working closely with Registered Nurses and healthcare team members to create and follow care plans.
Keeping accurate records of patient information and care provided.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly environment for patients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic new nurses!
- Great communication skills and a warm, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
