Work Location and Relocation
This position is based in North Carolina. CWILL may consider a hybrid work arrangement depending on business needs, the candidate’s location, compliance considerations, and company policy. Candidates who are not already local must be able and willing to relocate to Cary NC.
Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Recruitment support
- Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Assist with background and reference checks
- Help prepare job offer letters
Support recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos.
