The Human Resources Generalist will be integral to supporting various HR initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture. In this pivotal role, as a Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering an inclusive work environment.
The Human Resources Generalist will support the team in collaboration with operations for employee evaluation program, to include 60-day evaluations, annual performance evaluations, and peer reviews.
