Position Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, presentation, and compliance of the DataOne Vineland campus. This role ensures that all non-IT infrastructure, buildings, grounds, common areas, support facilities, and tenant-facing services are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
The Facility Manager serves as the primary owner of campus facilities management activities and acts as the key interface between DataOne Operations, Security, Construction, EHS, external contractors, local authorities, utility providers, and customers.
The objective of the role is to protect and enhance the value of the campus assets while ensuring a world-class environment for hyperscale data center operations.
