POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a QA Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued General Contractors and Builder customers within our Quality Assurance Segment. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email. and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy.

Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
