BDC Representative / Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clifton Park / 1780 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065
Join a fast‑growing automotive organization that believes in promoting from within and building a supportive, high‑energy team. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clifton Park is looking for a motivated, upbeat BDC Representative who enjoys connecting with customers by phone, online, and in person.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to inbound leads
- Set quality appointments with prospective customers
- Document interactions and follow up with customers
- Maintain a professional, positive presence while helping improve communication strategies
- Greet showroom guests, and guide them towards the right sales or service team member
What You Bring
- BDC or call center experience required
- Comfortable using a CRM
- Clear communication, organization, and basic computer skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
