About the Role:
The Tennis Shop Supervisor supports the daily operations of the tennis shop and facility, ensuring a high level of service for members and guests. This role combines retail operations, administrative responsibilities, and front-line customer service to create a welcoming and efficient tennis environment.
- Retail & Shop Operations
- Perform daily shop attendant duties, including restocking drinks, snacks, and retail merchandise
- Operate the retail point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Receive and process incoming merchandise (hard goods), maintain inventory, and handle special orders
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the shop
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages, in accordance with club policies and local regulations
- Customer Service & Member Experience
- Provide exceptional, professional customer service to members and guests
- Greet members and guests, assist with inquiries, and direct them to assigned courts
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between members and tennis staff regarding scheduling, programs, and general inquiries
