Eagle Seven is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design and build systems that support firmwide positions, PnL, and risk services. These systems transform high-volume trading and market data into accurate, timely, and actionable information.
The ideal candidate enjoys building performance-sensitive distributed systems and has a strong commitment to reliability and sound software design. In this role, you will collaborate closely with traders, strategy developers, and fellow engineers to develop infrastructure that is central to the firm’s daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Designing and building real-time position, PnL and risk services with strict latency requirements
- Developing high performance, highly available distributed systems capable of scaling to millions of events per second
- Architecting and implementing reliable, fault-tolerant messaging systems and data pipelines
