Site Payroll Specialist

Summary: The Payroll Specialist position will ensure accurate processing and recording of the company’s payroll for all of our Bargaining employees. In addition, this position will act as a customer service agent to internal employees, approaching both management and non-management positions with the highest level of communication to assist with payroll inquiries and document requests.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• 1. Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• 2. Collaborating closely with payroll specialist team to ensure timely updates
• 3. Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
• 4. Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
• 5. Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
