The Project Executive leads and manages a business unit responsible for profit and loss aligned with overall company business plan. The Project Executive role has overall accountability for insuring construction projects are performed in a safe and effective manner.
This role is fully responsible for cultivating and securing opportunities for future projects by providing excellent customer service, injury free environment by ensuring safe work practices, maintaining quality assurance, and building financially successful projects that are driven by company directives. The Project Executive typically oversees 25+ millions in annual revenue volume depending on types of markets; with Senior Project Managers and Project Mangers reporting to them as well as administrative staff.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Managing all business aspects with their team for multiple concurrent projects concurrently ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards.
