Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to identify incomplete or defective work using tools such as Bluebeam and other digital inspection software
Create detailed punch lists outlining necessary repairs or adjustments related to drywall installation, flooring, cabinetry, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, stucco, masonry, tile laying, and other building components
