We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes in Altadena and Pacific Palisades. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, and has experience working directly with discerning homeowners and high-profile clientele.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience building custom luxury residences, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of high-end custom residential construction from ground-up through completion.
- Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Be hands-on in the field, proactively solving problems and keeping projects moving forward.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, safety, and production.
- Ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and luxury finish standards.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes.
