FLATS LLC, a ProperXPM company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience in residential properties who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that delivers high-quality living spaces.

Requirements
- Complete assigned maintenance work orders promptly and effectively.
- Perform maintenance tasks in vacant units to prepare them for new residents ("apartment turns").
- Maintain common areas of the building, including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and amenities.
- Conduct pool and seasonal amenity maintenance, including cleaning and basic equipment checks.
- Identify and resolve minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Perform light carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and general building repairs.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Maintain the property’s exterior, including trash pickup.
- Respond to on-call, after-hours maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests during maintenance visits.
- Valid driver's license required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in apartment or building maintenance, or a related trade.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
