This role is focused on providing structured outpatient therapy, maintaining high-quality documentation, and supporting clients with clear, goal-oriented treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients on a scheduled basis
• Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment plans in the EMR
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation per clinical standards
• Apply evidence-informed interventions aligned with client goals
• Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment direction as appropriate
• Conduct risk assessments and follow escalation procedures when needed

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island LMHC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy (telehealth preferred, not required)
• Strong documentation skills and comfort working in an EMR
• Ability to maintain a professional, consistent Monday–Friday schedule
