Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Iowa
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Iowa clinical supervisors who can help developing clinicians grow with confidence and structure. Supervisors in this role provide guidance around casework, documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional decision-making.
The Find a Supervisor feature helps clinicians find qualified supervisors who align with their licensure goals and areas of interest. By joining Gotham’s platform, Iowa supervisors can support clinicians who are ready for consistent, professional supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise developing mental health professionals
- Support case review, ethics, documentation, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees meet professional standards
- Follow Iowa licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain consistent supervision structure and records
Requirements
- Active Iowa clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LMHC, LMFT, LISW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified to supervise under Iowa board rules
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
