Role Overview

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients navigating relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges, helping them build practical skills that improve daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time
• Collaborate with clinical peers to support continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with state and federal documentation standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
