The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care through secure virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide online mental health counseling to clients located in Washington
• Develop treatment plans and update goals as client needs evolve
• Support clients with stress, mood concerns, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain confidentiality, ethical care, and professional communication

Requirements

• Must hold an active Washington license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experience in counseling, therapy, or clinical social work
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Able to manage a virtual caseload responsibly
