Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily physical therapy operations and clinic workflow
• Provide patient care and ensure treatment plans meet clinical standards
• Support, mentor, and guide physical therapy staff
• Monitor patient progress, documentation, and quality of care
• Help improve clinic processes, team communication, and patient satisfaction
• Work with leadership to support clinic goals and performance

Requirements

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree required
• At least 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Clinical Director or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
• Ability to support both patient care and clinic operations
