Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for California clinical supervisors who can support associate and pre-licensed mental health professionals with clear, practical guidance. This role is ideal for supervisors who enjoy helping clinicians build confidence through case review, documentation support, and ethical consultation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to associate and developing clinicians
- Support clinical documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and case consultation
- Help supervisees build confidence and professional readiness
- Follow California supervision requirements
- Maintain consistent and organized supervision records
Requirements
- Active California clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must be qualified to provide supervision under California board rules
- Previous supervision experience preferred
