This position involves intake-to-ongoing therapy, structured documentation, and clinical follow-through. Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth psychotherapy sessions to adult clients
• Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical documentation
• Create and update treatment plans based on progress and clinical needs
• Maintain timely notes and records in the EMR
• Utilize evidence-informed modalities as clinically appropriate
• Assess risk and follow established crisis procedures when required

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island LICSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Outpatient mental health experience preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
