- Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is inviting experienced clinical supervisors in Alabama to join its growing Find a Supervisor platform. This role is for licensed professionals who enjoy helping counselors and therapists feel more prepared, supported, and confident in their clinical work.
Many clinicians struggle to find the right supervisor at the right time. By joining Gotham’s platform, you can make your supervision services easier to discover while helping Alabama mental health professionals move forward in their licensure and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
- Support supervisees with case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
- Offer clear feedback that encourages professional growth
- Maintain supervision records in line with applicable board expectations
- Represent Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature in a professional and supportive way
Requirements
- Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LICSW
- Must be qualified to provide supervision under Alabama requirements
- Prior clinical supervision or mentorship experience preferred
