Are you an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional patient care? H2 Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our outpatient rehabilitation team in Murray, Kentucky. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on patient care with clinic leadership while helping build a collaborative, high-performing team focused on outstanding clinical outcomes.

At H2 Health in Murray, you'll work alongside a dedicated team providing comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services. The clinic treats a diverse orthopedic patient population and offers specialty services including sports rehabilitation, dry needling, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, Parkinson's BIG, chronic pain management, worker's compensation, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs).

As Clinic Director, you'll play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring team members, fostering physician and community relationships, and driving continued clinic success.
