Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is hiring a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (PT) for our Midtown Tulsa outpatient clinic. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a PT who wants to stay connected to patient care while leading a team and helping grow a successful outpatient practice.

You'll treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal patients while taking ownership of the clinic's day-to-day clinical success. You'll develop your team, strengthen referral relationships, and partner with H2 Health leadership to drive patient experience, caseload growth, and overall clinic performance.

Your Role:

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy and individualized plans of care.

Lead, support, and develop clinicians and clinic team members.

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and patient experience.

Build relationships with physicians, referral partners, and the community.

Support caseload growth, revenue generation, and clinic performance.

Partner with leadership to grow and strengthen the practice.

Requirements

• DPT or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Oklahoma PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, as applicable.
• Outpatient orthopedic and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
