At Centerpoint Health in Winchester, H2 Health provides inpatient therapy services to a diverse adult and geriatric population. In this role, you'll work with a diverse adult and geriatric inpatient population recovering from neurological conditions, stroke, orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, medically complex illnesses, balance impairments, and functional mobility limitations.
You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and case management teams to help patients regain independence and achieve successful discharge outcomes.
