Float Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Roanoke, VA Region
H2 Health is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to support outpatient clinics throughout the Roanoke, Virginia market, including locations within the H2 Health family such as H2 Health, Lucas Therapies, and SORVA Rehabilitation & Wellness. As a Float Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside multiple experienced clinical teams while treating a diverse outpatient population. You'll provide individualized, evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, balance and vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal impairments, and mobility limitations.
