The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer to join our quality team. In this role, you will act as the primary interface between Halo Industries and our customers regarding quality performance. You will be responsible for driving quality improvements, overseeing the customer RMA lifecycle, and ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the rigorous standards of our automotive and non-automotive partners. This is a key opportunity to shape our customer quality strategy as we scale into high-volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Audits & Compliance: Schedule and host customer audits, particularly for automotive customers. Oversee the integrity of Certificates of Analysis (COA) and ensure ongoing compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
