Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a TRP Specialist — a Behavioral Health Professional who brings compassion, accountability, and initiative to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily group sessions on self-care, emotional regulation, community engagement, and job skills
- Support clients with discretion and compassion during hygiene-related needs
- Drive clients between personal care homes and our program (up to 4 hours/day in a company vehicle)
- Document client participation and progress with accuracy and clarity
