Position Summary
Headworks is seeking an experienced Wastewater Engineering Field Service Technician to install, repair, and troubleshoot our equipment in the field. The primary role of this position is to perform, under general direction, advanced customer support activities for wastewater screening and compaction equipment and process equipment.
This position requires a self-starter that can hit the ground running with minimal training and supervision, requires 5+ years’ field service experience with industrial equipment, basic electrical controls knowledge, equipment training, and customer face-to-face roles with the passion to provide excellent customer service. Our service techs are well-paid heroes who keep wastewater treatment working for cities and industries across the globe, preserving clean water.
Many of our employees who started as Field Service Technicians were promoted to new roles within the Company. Depending on experience, base annual rate is $65,000 to $85,000 a year, with additional potential for overtime.
