- Location: Mesa, Arizona
- Hours & Schedule: Evenings 4 pm - 9 pm, Overnights 9 pm - 8 am, Weekends 8 am - 8 pm
- Work Environment: Home Care settings
- Travel Required: Minimal travel, but some as needed
- Salary / Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The Direct Support Professional provides hands-on assistance and supervision to individuals with special needs during evening, overnight, and weekend hours. This role supports members with daily living activities, skill-building, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist members with activities of daily living, including toileting and hygiene
- Prepare simple meals and assist with cooking as needed
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a safe environment
- Facilitate activities such as crafts, games, and group participation
- Accompany members on outings and community activities
- Provide encouragement and positive support throughout the day
