What You'll Do

• As a PRN Caregiver, you'll provide non-medical personal care and companionship to clients in their homes while promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Providing mobility assistance and transfers
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders and delegated care tasks, as permitted
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transporting or accompanying clients to appointments and errands
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Current automobile insurance
• Willingness to travel between client homes
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
