- Role: Community Association Manager
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year, plus bonuses ($6,000-$12,000 estimated bonus and commission)
- Location: Chicago, IL (in-person for 6 months; hybrid schedule after training period)
About the Role
As a Community Association Manager (CAM), you'll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations — the person Boards and homeowners trust to keep things running smoothly. You'll manage day-to-day operations, guide Boards through decisions, oversee vendors and projects, and help associations stay financially healthy. If you like variety, relationship-building, and seeing tangible results from your work, this role offers all three.
