Technical Integration SME at Ignite IT | LAYIQ

1. Cross-Team Dependency & Interface Management
Manage dependencies across multiple interdependent systems, teams, and vendors.
Lead interface alignment efforts across application, data, platform, network, security, and endpoint boundaries.
Identify interface, dependency, performance, security, and lifecycle risks early, before they affect delivery.
2. Technical Working Groups & Reviews
Lead or participate in technical working groups, architecture compliance reviews, technical design reviews, and phase-gate/implementation-readiness reviews.
Facilitate resolution of cross-domain design conflicts (application, data, network, security, operations) under fixed milestones.
Represent integration concerns in Government-facing review and governance forums.
3. Integration Design & Standards
Develop and review context, logical, physical, component, interface, deployment, integration, and transition views at the level required for decisions and implementation.
Define and apply approved integration patterns, common services, reference architectures, and reusable integration approaches.
Translate solution requirements into secure, scalable, supportable technical baselines.
4. Tradeoff & Risk Analysis
Analyze alternatives and tradeoffs involving cloud adoption, modernization, technical debt, rationalization, interoperability, resilience, and cost.
Assess cross-vendor and cross-organizational integration risk and propose mitigations.
5. Implementation & Transition Support
Support problem resolution during testing, deployment, transition, operations, and post-implementation stabilization.
Coordinate engineers and specialists across platform, network, security, data, mobility, and ITSM teams to keep integration on track.
6. Documentation & Traceability
Maintain architecture decisions, deviations, assumptions, dependencies, diagrams, and interface records in approved repositories.
Ensure implementation traceability from requirements through design, integration, and deployment.
Produce clear diagrams and decision artifacts, and explain tradeoffs to engineers, program managers, and Government executives.
