Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to work directly with IPT's Founder and President. The person in this role makes everything else possible. You'll own the calendar end-to-end and know it better than he does. You'll triage the inbox every day, flag what needs him, and handle what doesn't. You'll sit on client calls, capture what was decided, and carry it to done. You'll spot conflicts before they happen, find answers, and create solutions.
