We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Schedule requires on-site presence.
Pay Range: $33/hr. - $40 /hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, evaluating hiring recommendations
- On/Off boarding: Facilitate with new hire orientation and exit interviews.
