As a CNO Engineer on the SAS Mobile team, you’ll play a critical role designing, developing, and deploying tools that enhance mission’s ability to operate and defend across cyber and communications domains.

Key Responsibilities
- · Design, develop, and optimize complex software systems using C and related technologies.
- · Engineer and integrate advanced features focused on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication protocols.
- · Conduct reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis to enhance system resilience and mission effectiveness.
- · Collaborate with cybersecurity and CNO specialists to design secure, mission-ready software solutions.
- · Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- · Contribute to research and prototyping efforts for next-generation mobile and embedded systems.

- Required Qualifications
- 1. 5+ years of relevant software development experience in C or comparable low-level languages (degree can substitute for years of experience)
- 2. 3+ years developing cybersecurity or CNO-specific software solutions.
- 3. Demonstrated experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies.
- 4. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- 5. Strong understanding of secure software development principles and system-level programming.

- Familiarity with mobile or embedded development environments.
- Experience with network protocol analysis and reverse engineering tools.
- Knowledge of RF technologies, signal analysis, or low-level communication stacks.
