We are hiring a Production Planner in Orlando, Florida. The Planner will possess knowledge and experience in a planning environment with expertise in balancing material inventories with the needs of highly variable demands. This role will proactively communicate with program managers, buyers, order fulfillment, and outage support specialists to ensure confidence in delivery commitments while meeting internal requirements.
The Planner will also drive problem resolution, lead process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with sourcing teams on safety stock, EOQs, and cost reduction strategies. The position is responsible for aligning demand requirements with purchasing and manufacturing sources of supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist parts management with demand review, supply review, and integrated reconciliation functions in the S&OP process.
- Provide oversight of MRP controller assignments, rough cut capacity planning, and inventory control for OEM Service parts.
