By combining highly trained in-house installation teams, strict quality standards, and exclusive materials, our mission is to deliver a superior remodeling experience to as many homeowners as possible, and become the market leader in our category.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand the homeowner’s shower remodel needs and recommend the right solution.
• Present the company, materials, and design options in a clear, professional way.
• Prepare accurate, to-the-penny quotes during the consultation.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and address questions or concerns.
• Build trust with clients and deliver a positive, professional experience in every home.
• Take accurate measurements needed for the remodel.
• Document customer interactions and keep sales records up to date.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, process, and industry trends.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales.
• Strong closing ability with a proven track record of high sales performance.
• Preferred backgrounds include: Bathroom remodeling
• Windows
• Roofing
• Siding
• Doors
• Exterior remodeling
• Other home improvement industries
• Experience generating $2M+ in annual sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset.
