J. Blanton Plumbing is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who knows how to build winning teams, drive performance, and create a culture of accountability.

No plumbing or home services experience is required. If you've successfully managed a sales team, developed top performers, and consistently delivered results, we'll teach you our industry.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 10 Sales Consultants
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve close rates
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales metrics
• Provide ongoing training and professional development
• Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture
• Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales team members
• Hold the team accountable to sales goals and company standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience using KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to improve results
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable
• Valid driver's license
