Client Relationship Manager at Jambalaya Group | LAYIQ

Prepare client files, reports, and supporting materials for client meetings.
Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and document follow-up items.
Enter and maintain accurate client information within the firm’s systems.
Assist with new account applications and other client paperwork.
Support the financial planning process using MoneyGuidePro.
Review and help manage advisor inboxes to ensure client requests are addressed promptly.
Communicate with clients regarding service needs and obtain advisor verbal authorization when required.
Coordinate follow-up tasks after client meetings and track items through completion.
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant client records.
Collaborate with advisors and other team members to provide a high level of client service.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
