Production Worker

Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) has been a trusted family-owned leader in residential building products since 1955. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Workers to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• · Perform general production duties including assembling, packing, and handling materials
• · Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• · Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• · Maintain a clean and organized work area
• · Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• · Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• · Ability to work in a team environment
• · Comfortable lifting up to 50-70 lbs. and standing for extended periods
• · Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• · Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• · Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
