This position is responsible for making an excellent first impression on clients, prospects, vendors, and others by answering the phones quickly and efficiently and directing the caller appropriately.
Requirements
- Principal responsibilities: Answer the phones in a professional and courteous manner
- Possess a positive attitude and a pleasant demeanor
- Greet clients and handle their immediate needs
- Assist with projects, as needed
- Accept deliveries
- Help prepare for client meetings
- Contribute to the appearance of the front office
- Required knowledge/skills/competencies
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Superior organizational skills
- Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Schedule: Part-time
- 4-5 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Leesburg, VA 20175 (In-Person)
- Experience
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
