The Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Caregiver provides skilled nursing care and personal support services to a patient in the home setting with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and PEG tube care.
Working collaboratively with the clinical team, the RN/LPN delivers high-quality patient-centered care, monitors patient status, administers treatments as ordered, and assists with activities of daily living to promote the patient's comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being during weekend shifts.
