Review shop Travelers for accuracy and completeness
Use CMM, Faro Arms and other inspection tools and methods to inspect tooling, first article and production parts
Conduct In-Process, and Final inspections. Highly skilled in inspecting to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
Conduct Receiving inspection/verification of product and related certifications
Review certification documents and records required to create a Certificate of Conformance
Create end item data packets such as Certificates of Conformance, Indented Parts List and Configuration summary for internal and external inspections
Conduct First Article Inspections using AS9102 Forms and documentation
Complete customer Source Inspections for detail parts and assemblies
Verify and control non-conforming product, releasing products, or scrapping them per MRB disposition part of control of NC process)
