Position Overview
The Dispensary Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of an adult-use cannabis dispensary licensed under Ohio’s Division of Cannabis Control (DCC). This role ensures full regulatory compliance, manages team performance, maintains secure product handling, and delivers first-class experience to customers aged 21 and over.
Compliance & Security
● Enforce all DCC regulations, including customer age verification, purchase limits, and advertising restrictions.
● Maintain 24/7 video surveillance, secure access points, and alarm systems.
